Mr. Van Steed and Mobile Innovision Products, Inc. filed the enclosed law suit on August 11, 2005 against Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc., Warrior Capital, LLC. the BOD of APT, Tolan Furusho, Beverlee Kamerling, Beverlee Claydon, several Uselton's and others for 1. Breach of Contract, 2. Fraud, 3. Negligent Misrepresentation, 4. securities Fraud, 5. Civil Conspiracy and Defamation.

Mr. Van Steed's suit claims that Advanced Powerline Technologies, Inc. should not be trading shares on the OTC Pink Sheet exchange.
